Stage 1

We’ll carefully review your CV and responses to our screening questions to understand how your experience and motivation align with the role. If we think there’s a match, we’ll be in touch soon!
Stage 2

📞 Phone Interview

A friendly, informal chat.
You’ll speak with a member of our team so we can get to know you better, including what you’re looking for, what excites you about the role, and how your background aligns with it. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about us.
Stage 3

🤝 Group Assessment (Final Stage)

Let’s work together.
You’ll join a small group of candidates at our Leeds HQ for a final-stage group assessment. You’ll take part in interactive activities so we can see your communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in action. You’ll also meet some of the team and get a real feel for our culture.

We’d love you to join us.
If you're successful, we’ll make a formal offer and talk you through everything from salary and benefits to what your first few weeks will look like. We're here to support you through the transition.
