As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of stock throughout our facilities. From precise packing and handling to maintaining high-quality standards, you’ll be at the core of operations that directly impact customer satisfaction. This hands-on role offers opportunities for growth, cross-training, and the chance to contribute to innovative processes within our logistics function.

Familiarise yourself with our logistics processes and technology to build a strong foundation for success.
Begin packing items and picking boxes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Learn to maintain high-quality standards while supporting the day-to-day flow of operations.

Consistently meet daily and weekly output targets while upholding quality standards.
Deepen your understanding of the warehouse organisation and support stock movement between departments.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless operational flow and address challenges proactively.

Cross-train in up to four logistics departments, expanding your expertise and versatility.
Take on increased responsibility for organising the warehouse and assisting other teams.
Contribute to implementing new processes that enhance efficiency and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Repack items for customer returns with meticulous attention to detail.
Use bespoke technology to pick and prepare boxes for dispatch.
Pack boxes with care to meet customer expectations and maintain quality standards.
Move stock between departments, including lifting and sorting items up to 30kg.
Assist with organising the warehouse and ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Working hours 10am to 6pm.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven ability to thrive in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic settings with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is highly desirable.
